"BISCUE App", a business skills application provided by the Shubiki Corporation of Japan, has released a new in-app course entitled "Personnel Management System in Japan - Vacation", for smartphones and tablets in 7 languages including Japanese, English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

While the employment of foreign staff in Japanese companies is increasing, difficulties in labor management has become more apparent in the field of operations.

In particular, communicating Japanese legal systems and corporate culture to non-Japanese workers is not an easy task, which often causes unnecessary conflicts in the workplace thus prompting the necessity to develop an efficient tool to help them understand these matters.

"BISCUE App" offers various content for business skills improvement in a form of in-app applications, and with this release, we have added new courses relating to the vacation systems in Japanese companies in multiple languages.
